"Sometimes I get the feeling that the two biggest problems in America today are making ends meet -- and making meetings end!!" (Robert Orben)

Like it or not, most business is transacted through some sort of meeting. If our meetings are ineffective and inefficient, it has a tremendously negative impact on our business results, our organizational morale, and our customer satisfaction.

When you think of the number of hours your organization has wasted in ineffective or inefficient meetings in just the past month, it's easy to see that an investment in improving your meeting effectiveness is a worthwhile one!!

A typical Meeting Effectiveness Improvement Program would likely include the following components:

  1. Needs analysis including "before" observation of meetings

  2. Customized training sessions for relevant employees

  3. Post training follow up including meeting observation and coaching, one on one facilitation feedback, and/or team "facilitation practice" sessions

  4. Long term continuous improvement plan documented

Does your organization conduct effective meetings or are you merely suffering through???
